Founder and Managing Partner
Jerzy is a senior supply chain executive, that has worked on 4 continents with global FMCG and regulated companies (P&G, PepsiCo, Metsa Tissue, Avon, GSK, Unilever, Philip Morris).
He has deep expertise in transformations of manufacturing, logistics, demand & supply planning, customer collaboration and leading multi-channel routes to the market. Being deeply involved in supply chain automation and digitization he uses his knowledge and character to be a passionate leader and mentor.
With an educational background in mechatronics engineering, economy and an MBA graduate.
In his free time, Jerzy enjoys mountain and road bike races, sailing and cooking.
Jan de Groot
Founder & Partner
Jan has been leading and developing international teams in logistics operations for 30+ years in operations of FMCG, e-commerce, co-packing, linehaul and last mile, in companies like General Motors, Carrefour, DHL, TNT and AVON, engaging teams of 500-700 persons.
In director and board member positions he has been setting up new facilities, managed operations, optimised results in terms of revenue, cost and customer satisfaction.
Jan has an educational background of Mechanical Engineering and Total Quality Management, enhanced with certificates of Sustainability management at Cambridge and Stanford, as well as additional courses on AI.
His free time Jan dedicates to an active membership in foundation “Alarm for the Climate”, triathlons, traveling, and playing music.
Marek Chmielowski
Founder & Partner
Marek is a senior leader with diverse experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and operational management of various teams and assets across multiple industries (Automotive, Electronics, IT, FMCG, Renewable Energy, Aviation), both in international corporate environments and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Specialized in driving efficiency improvements, operational excellence, multi-disciplinary project management (automation, robotization & digitalization), strategic sourcing, new business development, production & facility maintenance, LEAN / TPM / TQM implementation, organizational transformations, as well as developing high-performing teams.
He holds an MBA, and technical education in Mechanical Engineering & Computational Mechanics/IT, with various certificates in quality, engineering & management.
In his free time, Marek is passionate about classical music & jazz, also enjoys mountain trekking, sailing, and DIY-activities.
